Strong Magic is a 3-day guided dance retreat of wellness-centered experiences for the holistic, strong and magical dancer in each of us. Through performances, classes and other creative learning opportunities, this year’s festival is dedicated to the past, present and future of dance in the state of Tennessee. With over 200 artists, educators and dance enthusiasts as participants, the festival and conference aligns dance communities across the state, to carry dance into the next era of artmaking.

After over a year indoors, away from our rehearsal studios and stages the global pandemic has shifted how communities across the state of Tennessee convene, connect and dance. We are in dire need of opportunities to build individually and collectively as we re-enter the world and step into new and innovative ways to create, learn and move together.
